On May 25, a truck loaded with over 21 tons of fresh lychees drove out of the processing center of Guangdong Sinolychee Agricultural Group Co., Ltd. and will be sent to the United States by sea. It is reported that the Xuwen lychees sent to the United States are the earliest ripe Xuwen lychees in Guangdong. They were collected from the orchard registered by Xuwen County Qingguo Agriculture Co., Ltd. in Xuwen Customs. They are the first batch of Xuwen lychees to be harvested and exported from Xuwen in 2022.

Statistics show that the production of litchi in Guangdong this year is about 1.4 million tons. Affected by the weather, the time to market is slightly delayed as a whole, but the quality of litchi is generally good. The Xuwen lychee(Fei Tsz Siu) exported this time has a high coke core rate, full fruit shape, good taste, and high sugar content. These advantages help to build the brand reputation of Xuwen lychee in overseas markets.
